Is there a way to delay the handling of the anything related to e-mail for the domain until the account creation e-mail is sent out? Every now and then, we have users who are switching over to our hosting service and the information we pass into DA will use an e-mail address which is at their domain. The e-mail address will obviously exist at the old host but, once the account is created, DA will think it is handling all e-mail for the domain and attempt to send it locally.
Given the presence of the local mail toggle on the MX Records page, I presume the most straightforward solution would likely just involve switching it off and then on using user_create_pre/post.sh. Is that correct or is there an easier/better approach?
