Ftp backup cant work

Hello guys, i need your help. I just cron a ftp backup to a external ftp service, all days.

But i have this error. I use csf firewall and already opened ftp passive port 30000:36000.



Data connection timed out.

Data connection timed out.

Data connection timed out.

Falling back to PORT instead of PASV mode.

Transfer failed. Check the path value. (error=3)

FTP information invalid.



What can i do?
