nginx+apache and logs_to_keep=5

Hello,



It seems that when we have nginx+apache and option logs_to_keep set to 5 will keep 5 logs in total: 2 apache's logs + 3 nginx's logs respectively.



I guess it's completely wrong as it intends to be a
