hi all can anyone help me here heartlands sent a list of bloods to my gp for my tests gp printed it out i went had the tests and they didnt do the b12 so i was asked to repeat them all as others were a bit out as would be expected again they didnt do the b12 it just keeps coming back as no sample sent they take 4 vials of blood including vit A which has to be protected from light i now have to go back for a 3rd try has anyone else had this happen and it was listed on the forms so no reason it should be missed ????
