Pre op diet north tees

Hi I'm on day one of my pre op diet at north tees I appreciate there all different mine I'm allowed to eat solidago to speak but ver restrictive I.e limited carbs etc... I think the liquid diet would suit me enter or more convenient



Just wondered if anyone was having the same op so could share ideas for menu etc ?
